Calendly's legacy plans
Calendly doesn't offer Essentials and Professional plans to new customers as of December 2024. If you're using one of these plans now, your price and features don't change unless you switch plans.
Want to switch to a current plan? You can do that from Settings → Billing in Calendly. You can't upgrade or downgrade to a legacy plan.

If you're on the Essentials plan
The Standard or Standard Plus plans are the closest match. They include multiple event types and calendar connections, Automations, payment collection, and integrations.
If you need AI meeting features (Notetaker and Callie), choose Standard Plus.
If you're on the Professional plan
Choose Teams or Teams Plus to keep routing, managed events, groups, and group permission features. If you do not use those features, the Standard or Standard Plus plans will fit your needs.
